Abstract
This study was conduct to identify the distribution of thought for sex-attitude and sex-violence, and to provide systematic sex educational program strategies by study on the effect of sex education for sex attitude and sexual violence.

The study subjects included 62 children of 5th grade at elementary school in Pohang City whose menstruation have not been experienced and circumstance(social economic status) were similar.

The analysis methods for the study were percentage, paired t test and McNemar test by spss pc program.

For the question that "How will be feeling about monarch?", 65.4% of subjects responded "I¢¥ll be very surprised and fearful" and 23.1% responded "shy and ashamed".

So considering this result we can see there is positive reaction more than negative one in feeling about that.

Score for sex-attitude was 2.83¡¾0.47 before health education and 2.89¡¾0.30 after, that didn¢¥t showed significant differences.

When we asked about the children¢¥ anxiety for sexual violence, 64.5% of subjects responded "feel very anxiety", 12.9% responded "feel a little anxiety".

As we saw the content about the degree of anxiety, they said that felt the most highest unstableness "when they take a taxi alone", "when they come across with a stranger in an empty place", "when they stay home alone when it was dark" and "when they stay at home alone during a day", in order.

If there would be a sexual violence, 75.8% of subject said "let parents and teachers know about that" and there would be a fear by counterpart after the sexual violence, 88.0% of them said "I will let my parents and teachers know" and finally 27.3% of them said they didn¢¥t know "what the sexual violence is".

There was no special difference between contents after and before they were educated about the thought of carefulness for prevention of sexual violence, but there was the biggest change in current, "they take a taxi by themselves at night".

Before and after the precautionary education for the sexual violence, there was a difference. The thought, "they can go out with a familar boyfriend in a countryside or dark pathway" declined from 22.5% to 16.0%, that showed significant differences by McNemar test(¥ö2=8.1, p=0.049). For the thought " they can stay(be) together in the same room, if he or she is a relative", 35.5% of subjects responded "Yes" before education and 6.5% after, that showed significant differences by McNermar test(¥ö2=5.78, p=0.046). The other content didn¢¥t have a special notice statistically, but the effect of precautionary education for the sexual violence changed positively.
